Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Bangalore Airport & Drive to Coorg (290 Kms / 5-6 Hours)

Arrive Bangalore. Driver will be waiting for you at the Exit gate with placard of your name. He will drive you to Coorg, often known as Scotland of India. The drive is fantastically scenic. Enjoy miles of lush greenery, thick forests, vast coffee estates and beautiful sparkling streams. Take in the freshest aroma of coffee as you are in the district that is the biggest producer of coffee.

During your journey, make a stop at the Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement, commonly known as the Golden Temple. Situated near Kushalanagar in the Kodagu District of India, this settlement holds the distinction of being the largest Tibetan settlement in the country.

On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Evening is free at own leisure.

Coorg, also known as Kodagu, by its anglicised former name of Coorg, is a mountainous district located in south of India, known for its beautiful scenery and hospitable people. Glorious sounds, sights and scents welcome you as you enter Coorg. It occupies an area of 4,102 square kilometres (1,584 sq mi) in the Western Ghats of southwestern Karnataka. Kodagu is well known in the world for coffee.

Day 2: Coorg Sightseeing tour

Wake up to a beautiful morning and enjoy spectacular views from your room with a hot cup of coffee. Have your fill at breakfast and set out for sightseeing tour of Coorg, including visit to- Raja's Seat, Omkareshwara Temple, Abbey Falls, Madikeri Fort, Dubare Elephant Camp, Kaveri Nisargadhama & Bylakuppe, Kushalnagar.

Raja’s Seat or Seat of the King, close to Coorg’s main town of Madikeri is a wonderful garden of flowers and fountains. Filled with greenery, this garden was apparently the King’s favourite place to visit.

Madikeri Fort, located on top of a small hill. The fort was built in 17th century by King Muddu Raja, later taken by Tipu Sultan, the king of Mysore.

About 7 kms away from Madikeri, we visit the beautiful Abbey Falls. Walk a bit through the cemented paths and private coffee estates to reach the roaring waterfalls that welcome you with cold sprays.

After visiting all the above mentioned attractions return to the hotel in evening.

Day 3: Drive to Wayanad (130 Kms / 3-4 Hours)

Wake up, get refreshed and enjoy morning breakfast at hotel. Pack your bags and check out from the hotel. Today we drive to Wayanad. The drive is extremely enjoyable with spectacular landscapes of unspoilt natural beauty. Wayanad is a scenic district situated in the northern part of Kerala. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Evening is free at own leisure.

Wayanad is known for its rich biodiversity, dense forests, tea and coffee plantations & enchanting waterfalls. Wayanad offers a range of activities, including wildlife safaris in the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, trekking to Chembra Peak, exploring the ancient Edakkal Caves and visiting the serene Pookode Lake. The region also boasts tea, coffee and spice plantations where you can experience the local flavors.

Day 4: Wayanad Sightseeing tour

After a delightful breakfast at hotel, embark on a sightseeing adventure of Wayanad. Sightseeing tour includes visits to some captivating attractions. Immerse yourself in the serenity of Pookode Natural Lake and witness the enchanting beauty of Soochipara Waterfalls. Explore the wonders of nature at Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can spot a variety of wildlife species. Marvel at the historical significance of Edakkal Caves, a remarkable prehistoric shelter formed naturally out of rocks. Additionally, indulge in the aromatic charm of spice plantations, where you can encounter a wide array of spices such as cardamom, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, clove and more. Throughout this journey, immerse yourself in the diverse flavors and natural splendors of Wayanad. Return back to hotel in evening.

Day 5: Drive to Mysore (130 Kms / 3-4 Hours) | Mysore Sightseeing tour

Have a fill at morning breakfast and check out from hotel. Today we drive to Mysore. On arrival proceed for Local Sightseeing tour including visit to- Mysore Palace, St. Philomena's Cathedral (Built in 1843, recognized as the Asia's second largest church) and Brindavan Gardens.

Mysore Palace- being the most famous attraction of the city, it is magnificently illuminated on Sundays and all festive occasions. Visit for its marvelous architecture (both from inside and outside), large halls, beautiful paintings and to know the royal history of Wodeyars who ruled the Mysore Kingdom.

Brindavan Gardens- Walk amidst the flower beds studded with numerous fountains. The extreme ends make for the best views. Go to south-most end to have classic postcard pictures and then walk towards the north.

Later transfer to the hotel for Check in & relax.

Mysore (or Mysuru), is second largest city in Karnataka state which covers an area of more than 40 sqkm and is administered by the Mysore City Corporation. Situated 763 meters above sea level surrounded by hill ranges from north to south, it is known as the 'Garden City' and the 'City of Palaces'. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore from 1399-1947. In its centre is opulent Mysore Palace, former seat of the ruling Wodeyar dynasty. The palace blends Hindu, Islamic, Gothic and Rajput styles, and is dramatically lit at night. Mysore is also famous for the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk and sandalwood.

Day 6: Departure Transfer to Bangalore Airport (180 Kms / 3-4 Hours)

After breakfast check out from the hotel. Today we drive to Bangalore Airport for your return flight. Hope it was a great trip. We would like to hear your experience once you come back. (Breakfast)

1) The tour cost is calculated on Minimum 4 Passengers (All transfers, drive & Sightseeing on sharing basis).

2) The supplement cost for transfers & tours (for 2 Passengers) by Private vehicle is Rs. 4,999/- (Per Person).

The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.

Flight tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.


  • Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
  • Please reach the airport 3 hours hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
  • A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
  • Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
  • If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
  • If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
  • As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
  • During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
  • Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
  • In airline no seat is provided to Infant.


  • Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC i.e. Seat in coach / shared basis.
  • If the return Flight is late in evening, the guest has to Check out from the hotel at 11 AM or at the time specified by the Hotel.
  • Vehicle service is provided as per the tour Itinerary on point-to-point basis and not on disposal basis.


  • Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
  • The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
  • At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
  • Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, Restaurants & Bar, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
  • Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the Swimming pool facility (if available).
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • The rates quoted are on the basis of the hotels that are situated in the proper city / town only.
  • This hotel is suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
  • We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.
  • In Coorg & Wayanad Hotel rooms are Non air-conditioned.


  • If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.
  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.



Important Information:

In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to, especially whether there is a mandatory requirement for RT-PCR test. Please comply with the same so your travel plans are not affected. Kindly go through the government guide/website for state-wise regulations. State regulations are subject to change, please also visit the state government official websites for updates.


Guidelines for Travelers arriving in Karnataka & Kerala:-

  • Fully Vaccinated guests i.e. who have taken both doses and have completed 15 days since the receipt of the 2nd dose need to carry their Final vaccination certificate.
  • Partially Vaccinated / below 18 years guests are mandatorily required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report of not older than 48 Hours from an ICMR accredited lab. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
  • All passengers need to download the Aarogya Setu app.


  • All the documents will be delivered over the emails and through WhatsApp only.


  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory.



Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total package cost.
  • If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 75% of total package cost.
  • If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
